Parent Portal Data Confirmation

PARENT PORTAL CONFIRMATION STEPS

 

Go to: EWCSDportal.com



1. Under Family Information, select the correct US Armed Forces status and the applicable nighttime residence status.
 
2. Click the green Confirm and Continue button.
 
3. Under Student, review all information. 
    1. If any data needs to be updated, click the Change button at the bottom of the screen, make your edits, and then click the Save button. (Address changes will require follow-up with the school office)
4. Click the Confirm and Continue button.
 
5. Under Contacts, click on each contact to review their information. (If you cannot access this section please contact the school office for assistance.)
    1.  If a contact needs to be added, click the Add button, type in their information, and then click the Save button.
      1.  Be sure to add yourself (parent), if you are not already listed.
      2. Please include a physician contact in the event of a medical emergency.
    2. If data needs to be updated for a contact, click on their name, click the Change button, make your edits, and then click the Save button.
    3. If a contact needs to be deleted, click on their name, click the Delete button, and click OK in the pop-up window to confirm you want to delete the contact record.
6. Click the Confirm and Continue button.
 
7. Under Medical History, review the medical conditions currently on file. If the child does not have any medical conditions, proceed to step 10.
    1. If a medical condition no longer applies, click the No Longer Applies button next to the condition, and then click the Save button in the top section of the window.
    2. If a medical condition needs to be added, check the box next to the condition in the “Additional Conditions” section, add the requested information, and then click the Save button at the bottom of the window.
 
8. Click the Confirm and Continue button.
 
9. Under Documents, review all of the posted files and then check the box indicating you have read the information.
 
10. Click the Confirm and Continue button.
 
11. Under Authorizations, review each authorization and check the appropriate box.
 
12. Click the Confirm and Continue button.
 
13. You may now go back and review any of the previous sections. If everything looks correct, click the green Finish and Submit button.
