See attached letter from the Granada Middle School principal about upcoming campus tours if your child will be attending Granada next school year. Tours are available in February, March, and April. Reservations are required by calling the Granada office at (562) 464-2330.

Do you want to attend Leffingwell, but don't live in our attendance area? Apply for a permit (intra or inter) to be considered for enrollment. Intra-district permits (live within East Whittier City attendance boundaries) and Inter-district permits (live within the attendance boundaries of another school district) are accepted starting in February for the following school year. Apply as soon as possible to increase your chances of being accepted.

Our next book fair will be coming during the week of March 14th. This is a great opportunity to get some excellent reading material and support Leffingwell in the process. Parent volunteers are always needed to help our book fair run smoothly. A link to sign up to volunteer will be posted as the date draws near.

2nd trimester is ending on Friday, February 26th.

Reminder, there is NO SCHOOL on Monday, February 8th and Monday, February 15th due to Lincoln and Washington birthday holidays.
